Services

Three phases, in order of commitment. Each is fixed-scope with a clear deliverable — and each one has to earn the next. No open-ended retainers. New to AI? Good. We start small on purpose.

Scope Where every engagement starts

Before we build anything, we make sure we're solving the right problem. A short scoping phase, billed hourly and deliberately bounded: we sit with you and your team, find the biggest pains, and figure out which are actually worth solving with software — and which aren't.

You get: a written scope-and-benefits document — yours to keep whether or not we ever build together. It includes:

  • A pain-point map drawn from real conversations with your people
  • An honest build / buy / wait decision on each opportunity
  • A fixed bid for anything worth building

If we can't solve it, we'll say so. We'd rather lose a project than be responsible for a failed one inside your business.

Build Custom tools for your actual pains

Software built on your real workflows and your team's real knowledge — not a template. Fixed bid, paid by milestone. Phases run lowest-risk first, so the system proves itself on safe ground before anything customer-facing or critical depends on it.

What this can look like: a customer-conversation system that handles routine questions so your people handle the relationships; internal tools that put your team's knowledge somewhere findable instead of in one person's head; automation for the paperwork nobody was hired to do.

You get:

  • Working software
  • A knowledge base your team approves line by line and you own outright
  • An evaluation report showing how the system performs — before it ever matters

Your data stays yours. The knowledge base is yours. If we part ways, everything portable goes with you.

Run Ongoing, only after a Build proves itself

When a system earns its place, we keep it earning: production deployment, monitoring, monthly measurement, and a clean human-handoff process. A modest monthly fee that steps with how much the system actually does — usage costs passed through at cost, never marked up.

Also in this lane: already chose an off-the-shelf tool you like? We'll help you implement it well — and build the knowledge foundation underneath that makes any tool work better and keeps you free to switch later.

Frequently asked

We're in our busy season — can we talk later this year?
Absolutely — and this is exactly why the scoping phase is small by design. A fit call is 30 minutes; scoping is measured in hours, not months. And the scope document doesn't expire: many owners scope during the busy season and build after it.
I want something proven that other businesses already use.
Fair. Three honest answers: engagements start small and run lowest-risk first, so nothing important depends on us until we've proven ourselves in your business. You own everything we build, so you're never locked in. And when a proven off-the-shelf tool is the right answer, we'll tell you — and help you implement it.
We already picked a tool — we just want help implementing it.
Great. We do that. And we'll build the knowledge foundation underneath it — the thing that makes any tool actually work, and keeps you free to switch if a better one comes along.
This is all new for us. We want to take baby steps.
Perfect — that's the design, not a compromise. Small scope first, fixed milestones, lowest-risk work first. You approve every step before the next one starts.
Will this replace my employees?
It's designed explicitly not to. We build tools that take the draining work off your people's plates so they can do higher-value work — and we put that commitment in writing.
Do customers know they're talking to AI?
Always.
What does it cost?
Every phase is fixed-scope: the fit call is free, scoping is a small hourly engagement, and builds are quoted as a fixed bid before any build work starts. No surprise invoices.
