A job instead of a business.
You started with a vision: building something, solving real problems, serving customers. A few years in, the days fill up with everything else. The same questions answered for the tenth time. The 8 p.m. email only you can handle. Staying late to work a problem alongside an employee because going through you has become the fastest way to get anything done. I've known more than one owner who set out to build a business and ended up building a job, one that takes a little more of their life every year to maintain. It doesn't have to work that way.
Built for the long run.
I'd much rather help a business grow steadily for ten years than squeeze out a quick win, and I'm not interested in building tools so someone can cut employees for a better quarter. I've also learned that even a well-built tool goes unused when the people around it aren't ready for things to change, which is why I look for owners who put the right people and the right culture first.

A customer experience system I first built for a Midwest manufacturer. It answers routine questions by phone and web using only approved answers, hands everything else to a person with the full context attached, and turns every conversation into information the company can use.

I build and set up tools that take over the work your people find draining, never tools meant to replace them. Machines handle the repetitive. Humans do the meaningful.
Honest by design.
Any AI I put in front of your customers says it's AI. Nothing goes live until you've approved what it's allowed to say. If I can't fix your problem, or a $150 tool can, I'll tell you.
Owned, not rented.
Your knowledge lives in a system you own, approved by your team and stored in your own database. If we ever part ways, everything portable goes with you.

Fit call
Thirty minutes, free, by phone or in person. I'll tell you whether I can help. If the busywork isn't really the problem, I'll say that. You'll leave knowing whether it's worth going further and what it would cost to find out.

Scope
A fixed fee, paid once, for a written plan: what the busywork is costing you and what your options are, with prices, including doing it yourself. There are two sizes. The smaller one is for a problem you can already point at. The bigger one is $2,500 and includes five hours on site. Either way the fee comes off the price of any build within 45 days, and the plan is yours whether or not I build anything.

Fixed bid, paid by milestone, lowest-risk work first. The system proves itself step by step before anything important depends on it.
